About

What began as a two-team dream of offering authentic Taiwanese bubble tea to Belize has evolved into an inspired journey of connecting communities, building friendships and a multi-location brand. Offering a great drink and a superb ambiance was all we ever hoped to be able to offer. Today, Bambu Cafe has become an integral part of the Cayo community, a flagship of community building, positive vibes and a gold standard of fast-casual dining. A place where every walk of life can connect and interact. We have become the daily meeting of friends, birthday celebrations, marriage proposals and the beginning of long term friendships and relationships. A creation by and for the entire community. Today, our lives are demarcated by two things: life before Bambu Cafe and Life after it.
